We have the fleet, staff and equipment to deal with all types of motor vehicle failure, whether it is a straight forward wheel change or a vehicle on its roof after a road traffic collision, this is no problem for us.
Our fleet of vehicles comprise of Service Vans, Spec Lifts, Transporters, Hiab’s, Slide beds and Super Low Angle Slide beds for Prestige Vehicles, We have recently expanded into the commercial market and can now roadside and recover vehicles up to 7.5T.
All our Service vans carry diagnostic equipment and a selection of spares to get our customers back on the road. All our staff are fully trained up to industry standard for the vehicle they use and the incident they are dealing with. All our staff carry company ID with them and are issued with the correct PPE
We are fully accredited to ISO 9001, PAS 43 & have TFL FORS certification, our computer system manages all our recovery and roadside jobs, and it also manages all the vehicles which are being stored. All our vehicles and control room are equipped with the latest Navman GPS Tracking and Mobile Data Terminal Technology so the quickest resource can be dispatched to cut down our ETA times as we work hard to lower our etas and keep our fleet updated as to us image is everything. We work for the general public, local garages, body shops and the following motoring organisations ARL, Autohome, The AA, Aria Assistance, ARI Fleet UK, Britannia Rescue, Call Assist, Equity Red Star, FMG Support, Inter Partner Assistance, One Call, The RAC, and TRS & VRNL.
We are based in Enfield & Tottenham North London our Enfield depot is where our control centre and main storage facility with large secure undercover and open air storage is located. Our Tottenham depot is where our MOT station and workshop facilities are as part of our intervention policy to save on long distance recoveries and to get the customers back on the road again. We have a section stock of tyres as there is more vehicles on the road that do not carry spare wheels and our workshop often open until 20.00 which some others are not.
As the Roadside & Recovery industry is not 9-5, our operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we are always ready for what our clients require of us!
